Orders & Shipping

 
 

Ordering:
All orders to be emailed to: orders@acmecups.com.au

Shipping: 
Orders placed on this site are shipped from Our Sydney dispatch warehouse using TNT Road Express, Auspost eParcel and Sherpa freight services. We expect your cups to get to you quickly and in good condition. Orders will be despatched within two business days of payment being received. Expected delivery timeframes depend upon the Australian destinations - between 1 and 6 days. Shipping is calculated and added to each individual order based on current rates.

Tracking: 
You will receive automated tracking advice once your order has been scanned at its first depot rather than when it is dispatched. The tracking advice is sent to the email address connected to your account.

Checking your order: 
Once you have received your order please check the contents against the invoice. If there are any discrepancies between the order or shipping note and the contents of the shipment, please notify us within 7 working days. 

Delays: 
Delivery to rural locations or any delay outside our control may cause longer than usual delivery times.

Returns - Faulty or damaged goods: 
If goods received are faulty or have been damaged, we will either replace the goods free of charge or raise a credit to your account to the value of the damaged items. You must notify us of visible faults or damage within 7 days of receiving the product. Please take photographic evidence of the damage for our records and freight discrepency reports.

Import duty: 
We have paid the import duty required for entry to the Australia.

Export Restrictions: 
We will only ship orders within Australia. If you are outside Australia please feel free to contact us and we connect you with your relevant supplier.
