We wanted to design a cupping bowl that not only had the desired features but that was also multifunctional.
We designed the bowl to be a little tighter so that the crust doesn't disperse and the bloom is tighter. Then when it does come to breaking the crust, the grinds have further to fall giving you more space to taste your coffee.
They're also a great option for milk coffees; the smallest is perfect for a piccolo or fluffy, and they're stackable, making them ideal for tight spaces.
